I have had several Reiki sessions now with Tracey, both in person and Distance Reiki.

I love going to her rooms at Creative Holistic Space. The energy held there is so supportive and uplifting. It feels calm and protective too. It is such a special place, its actually hard to find the words to describe it!

During one session in particular, the only words I could use would be ‘Away with the fairies’ which trust me, felt amazing. I loved that session, absolutely all of it. I felt an incredible warmth and a great release of stress. I came away feeling amazing and as if I’d had the best sleep ever. I felt less emotional afterwards too. Somehow I felt like I had a new body. You really have to experience this for yourself to understand it. It shifts and energizes you in a way that’s impossible to easily put into words.

I was also over the moon with my distance healing with Tracey. I lay on my bed at home and wasn’t sure what to expect or whether I would feel anything. I woke over an hour later and I felt cleansed, relaxed and with an intense feeling of calmness about me. The Crystal healing was amazing and I mean really amazing. It’s like all the stress of daily life floats away from you.

I felt warm sensations in different areas of my body as Tracey was healing me. I woke up in my home feeling like a new me, very relaxed and calm.

Both sessions were truly amazing. I never thought that distance healing would work but it really does. I absolutely feel that we are all testament to Tracey and that her healing is amazing. Thank you.

I have always been keen to understand more about energetic work and healing. So I was more than happy to have a session at Creative Holistic Space with Tracey. I have had Reiki treatment by several practitioners and Tracey was by far the strongest. She has a warm, respectful and sensitive manner.

The Reiki sessions are very restful and nurturing and when Tracey brought crystals to our house for a space clearing session it left a very calming and restored presence.

I was relatively new to energy work when I had my first Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions with Tracey. Although I had previously met with her, my sessions were Distance Reiki by necessity. This was a unique experience for me and understandably I was slightly nervous. I was soon put at ease, I felt that I was in safe hands. I found the experiences to be very relaxing and also energizing. By the use of a variety of subtle but effective techniques, I experienced an incredible grounding and also energizing chakra balance.

I understand now how effective and transformational energetic healing can be. Tracey is intuitive and knowledgeable. Her experience in her field shines through. I felt that my chakra energy was cleansed and any negative energies shifted and replaced with a burst of positivity. The sessions helped me to focus with renewed direction and to move away from physical and emotional drains that were not serving me. Tracey’s feedback was also very interesting and thought provoking. Giving me insight into areas which I might not have previously considered.

I remember in particular a beam of sunlight, bringing me into the circle during group work. In a Reiki session I was very aware of a bright white light directed towards me. Also a coloured spiral during the session, which I now know to be a type of kundalini energy – linked to Chakra.

I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet Tracey and receive the care and personal touch which she embodies and always gives. I am grateful for how she takes such care of me and her spiritual teachings. Her Reiki sessions have helped me very much. You are more gifted than you realize!

Not having had Reiki before meeting Tracey I had no idea what to expect. People had spoken about the effects of Reiki and recommended that this could help me.

I am a single mum who has gone through quite stressful relationships with partners and have a daughter who suffers with stress and anxiety which at times takes its toll on me mentally and emotionally.

When I experienced my first Reiki session with Tracey, the first thing I noticed was her lovely treatment room. You only have to walk into the building where Tracey runs her holistic business and you instantly feel at ease. The aroma of incense, her beautiful colours scattered around in soft furnishings and furniture and her love for elephants relaxes your mind and takes you ‘somewhere else’ instantly.

Once I was on the couch Tracey selected crystals and placed them on me and around me, with the sound of healing music, within minutes I was in a place I had never visited before. I was laid in a field with long grass around me, looking up at blue sky. I had a sense that the sea was nearby which has now become my happy place when I feel that I need to zone out fo a while.  I remember becoming more and more relaxed with warmth passing over my body. It was such a lovely feeling. My mind was totally focused on the sky, all thoughts of my life at the time were gone. The treatment finished with Tracey using reflexology on my feet which was heaven. Being so relaxed I could feel every nerve in my body. Like it was being massaged in the most gentle way that I could have let this feeling go on forever.

After my treatment, we sat and spoke about the experience. I became quite emotional but it wasn’t in a sad way, it felt like tears washing away what I had been through over the past year. I left Tracey like I was floating on air, the weight of my life was no longer there. I was so relaxed and that night I went home and slept the best that I had in a long time. It gave me a sense of peace and helped me to refocus on positive things around me and not the sadness that I previously felt. Tracey has given me crystals which I have nearby me all the time. I have them by my bed, in my pocket and as a necklace. They make me feel at ease and when I feel that I am anxious I pop one in my hand and hold it until it passes.

I also had a Distance Reiki session with Tracey when she connected with me at home. We arranged a time, she told me to take myself to a room where I could relax and sent me a link to music she would play and to light a candle. The crystals I have were placed nearby and Tracey messaged me to let me know that she was ready to begin. I was in my happy place again and perfectly relaxed and at peace. I know that I had dozed off and I was left feeling totally at peace with myself.

Tracey sent me her handwritten notes, including what she had used, which crystals, shamanic drumming and sage.  How she had cleansed and rebalanced me – through the whole of me.

This was such a personal touch which to me was so special.
